About The Position

Restaurant Technologies is hiring a CDL-certified Delivery Service Driver to operate an automatic straight truck (12,000–20,000 lb. GVW) on local delivery routes and deliver cooking oil to commercial kitchens. The driver is responsible for safe, accurate deliveries and excellent customer service, including connecting truck hoses to customer oil tanks to load and unload cooking oil, monitoring tank levels to prevent oil outages, and communicating respectfully with customers. Drivers use company-issued iPhone apps for route tracking, invoicing, and compliance, and must uphold DOT, OSHA, and HACCP safety standards. The depot is located at 3840 Metro Drive, Suite 200, Stockton, CA 95215. The schedule is Wednesday through Saturday, four 10-hour shifts per week starting at 2:00 A.M. The position requires two overnight hotel stays each week. Pay is $30.00 per hour; a shift differential may apply, and the role is eligible for a quarterly bonus of up to $5,200 per year. Weekend shifts, tenure, and level-up development programs offer opportunities to increase base pay. Requirements

Must be at least 21 years old.
Valid CDL Class A or B with Tanker Endorsement.
Able to lift 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks such as climbing ladders, bending, and twisting.
Strong safety mindset.
Safe driving record: limited MVR moving violations or PSP report violations in the past 36 months.
No speeding over 100 mph in the past five years.
Must pass a DOT-mandated pre-employment drug test; a positive result for any controlled substance, including marijuana (THC), disqualifies applicants.
Subject to DOT random drug and alcohol testing after hire.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or GED.
Two or more years of CDL-regulated driving experience.
Bilingual.
Comfort using hand tools and performing basic troubleshooting.
