About The Position

Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Class B Commercial Truck Driver to join its Transportation team. The driver safely operates a CDL vehicle, provides excellent customer service, and handles and delivers customer orders. The role involves operating and maintaining company vehicles, following security and regulatory procedures, preparing delivery paperwork and records, and completing routes without assistance. The driver works with the operations team and customers to support a seamless delivery and retrieval process.

Requirements

• Be at least 21 years old.
• Have a valid Class B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) and a consistently good driving record.
• Successfully meet background check, drug screen, and DOT physical requirements.
• Have strong knowledge of safe, efficient driving practices.
• Demonstrate customer service skills and clear verbal communication.
• Be able to lift at least 70 pounds and push or pull bins weighing 25 to 350 pounds (170 pounds on average).
• Be able to carry recycling bins over, up, and down inclines, stairs, and ladders, and walk, stand, and sit for extended periods.

Nice To Haves

• At least one year of route transportation experience.

Responsibilities
