About The Position

Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Class B Commercial Truck Driver to join its Transportation team. The role involves safely operating a CDL vehicle, handling and delivering customer orders, and providing excellent customer service. Drivers operate routes without assistance and work with the operations team and customers to support a seamless delivery and retrieval process.

Requirements

• Be at least 21 years old.
• Hold a valid Class B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) and have a consistently good driving record.
• Meet background check, drug screen, and DOT physical requirements.
• Have strong knowledge of safe, efficient driving practices.
• Demonstrate customer service skills and clear verbal communication.
• Be able to lift at least 70 pounds and push or pull bins weighing 25 to 350 pounds (170 pounds on average).
• Be able to carry recycling bins over, up, and down inclines, stairs, and ladders, and walk, stand, and sit for extended periods.

Nice To Haves

• At least one year of route transportation experience.

Responsibilities

• Load and transport orders and drive the route without assistance.
