About The Position

Iron Mountain is seeking a Class B Commercial Truck Driver to join its Transportation team. The role involves safely operating and maintaining a company CDL vehicle, handling and delivering customer orders, and providing excellent customer service. The driver is responsible for loading and transporting orders, driving routes without assistance, and completing accurate paperwork and records while following security and regulatory procedures. The position also works with the operations team and customers to support a smooth delivery and retrieval process.

Requirements

Be at least 21 years old.
Hold a valid Class B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) and maintain a consistently good driving record.
Successfully meet background check, drug screen, and DOT physical requirements.
Have strong knowledge of safe and efficient driving practices.
Demonstrate customer service skills and clear verbal communication.
Be able to lift at least 70 pounds and push or pull bins weighing 25 to 350 pounds (average 170 pounds).
Be able to carry recycling bins over, up, and down inclines, stairs, and ladders, and walk, stand, and sit for extended periods.

Nice To Haves

At least one year of route transportation experience (preferred).
