About The Position

Restaurant Technologies is hiring a CDL-certified Delivery Service Driver to operate an automatic straight truck (12,000–20,000 lb. GVW) on local delivery routes. The driver delivers cooking oil to commercial kitchens, connects truck hoses to customer oil tanks to load and unload oil, and provides safe, accurate service and excellent customer care. The role uses company-issued iPhone apps for route tracking, invoicing, and compliance, and requires monitoring tank levels to help prevent oil outages. The depot is located at 3840 Metro Drive, Suite 200, Stockton, CA 95215. The schedule is Wednesday through Saturday, four 10-hour shifts per week, starting at 2:00 A.M. The position requires two overnight hotel stays each week. Pay is $30.00 per hour; shift differential may apply, and the role is eligible for a quarterly bonus of up to $5,200 per year. Opportunities to increase base pay are available through weekend shifts, tenure, and level-up development programs. Drivers are expected to uphold DOT, OSHA, and HACCP safety standards. This DOT-regulated role requires a pre-employment drug test and is subject to random drug and alcohol testing after hire. A positive result for any controlled substance, including marijuana, disqualifies applicants.

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years old.
Valid CDL Class A or B with Tanker Endorsement.
Able to lift 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks including climbing ladders, bending, and twisting.
Strong safety mindset.
Safe driving record expectations include limited MVR moving violations or PSP report violations in the past 36 months.
No speeding over 100 mph in the past 5 years.
Must pass a DOT-mandated pre-employment drug test; a positive result for any controlled substance, including marijuana, disqualifies applicants.
Subject to DOT random drug and alcohol testing after hire.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or GED highly preferred.
Two or more years of CDL-regulated driving experience.
Bilingual ability.
Comfort using hand tools and performing basic troubleshooting.
