About The Position

Trimtab is an impact-first financial institution focused on using capital to create positive change. We are seeking a motivated Associate to join our team and accelerate our mission by enhancing our processes and external engagements. This role involves leading internal systems development, executing key partnerships, and strategic initiatives to establish Trimtab's leadership in the impact-first field. You will work closely with a small, growing community of impact-prioritizing investors and fund managers tackling critical social and environmental challenges. Trimtab is a public benefit corporation governed by a purpose trust, designed for long-term mission alignment and flexibility.

Requirements

  • 2–6 years in related fields like impact investing, portfolio management, philanthropy, policy, community organizing, corporate strategy, finance.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and advance workstreams across Trimtab’s impact deepening partnerships.
  • Support agenda creation and planning for Trimtab’s global investor community events.
  • Create and update investor-facing materials including pitch decks, targeted proposals and thematic research.
  • Write thought leadership pieces and updates for a variety of audiences.
  • Maintain Trimtab’s website and suite of visual brand materials.
  • Lead the integration of new operational tools for internal communication and data management.
  • Implement research and learning tools to support Trimtab’s impact frameworks and on-ground and systems additionality research capabilities.
  • Manage Trimtab’s CRM system to track potential deals and prospective investors, and project management dashboard to ensure internal milestones are on track.
  • Support quarterly and annual corporate and impact reporting, including data collection.
  • Coordinate with Trimtab’s service providers (fund administrator, banking partner, legal team).
