GTM Strategy and Operations

Arketa•New York, NY
•$125,000 - $150,000•Hybrid

About The Position

Arketa is hiring a GTM Strategy and Operations professional to tackle high-impact sales and marketing projects by setting up data and infrastructure, building AI skills and agents, and creating automations that run reliably. The position is approximately 10% strategy and 90% execution. The hire will work directly with the CEO, taking on the most important go-to-market needs as they arise. Initial projects will focus on go-to-market work across sales and marketing. Examples include speeding up ad creative rotation and learning which concepts work, ramping new sellers, analyzing and coaching demo performance, and identifying marketing channels that generate pipeline that closes. The role begins with a defined first project and is expected to grow into end-to-end ownership of ongoing weekly responsibilities. Success is expected to progress from learning Arketa’s sales and marketing motion and shipping a first automation within 30 days, to owning a full project and live agent within 60 days, and demonstrating measurable movement on a GTM metric while running several projects with little direction within 90 days. Strong performers may grow into a functional lead role in sales, marketing, product, or operations.
