The Office Nurse supports the oncology & rheumatology care providers in the delivery of health care to patients by performing a variety of activities and procedures. The Office Nurse (RN/LPN) teaches and directs other clinical support staff (Medical Assistants) in the performance of acts delegated to them for the implementation of the therapeutic plan of care. The Office Nurse (RN/LPN) is integrally involved in observation and care of the ill, injured or infirm. The RN/LPN actively directs of patient flow within the office, assists in patient education and is responsible for keeping clinical areas in appropriate condition for efficient delivery of health care services. Requirements

  • Maintenance of confidential information.
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and equipment.
  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license issued by New Hampshire Board of Nursing, or Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license issued by New Hampshire Board of Nursing.

Responsibilities
