Triage Agent
About The Position
The Triage Agent prepares customer electronic products for repair and shipment. The role includes basic part replacement, cleaning, and preparing units for repair. The agent verifies product serial and model information, performs basic functionality testing to assist Repair Agents, and completes final cleaning and preparation to ensure repaired units are ready to ship. Preparing and setting up units includes removing products from shipping cartons and lifting them onto test racks. The position involves standing and sitting for long periods and working in a non-climate-controlled environment.
Requirements
- Able to stand and sit for long periods of time.
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds with or without accommodation.
- Able to work in a non-climate-controlled environment.
Responsibilities
- Drive a positive customer experience by building relationships and providing solutions to customer needs.
- Complete serial and model verification and basic functionality testing to assist Repair Agents.
- Complete basic parts replacements.
- Complete final cleaning and unit preparation, and verify that repair units are ready to be shipped.
- Prepare and set up units by removing products from shipping cartons and lifting them onto test racks.
