About The Position

The Triage Agent prepares customer electronic products for repair by performing basic part replacement, cleaning, and shipment preparation. The role includes removing products from shipping cartons and lifting them onto test racks. The agent also helps provide a positive customer experience by building relationships and offering solutions to customer needs. Requirements

• Able to stand and sit for long periods of time.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds, with or without accommodation.
• Able to work in a non-climate-controlled environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare customer electronic products for repair, including basic part replacement, cleaning, and preparation for shipment.
• Remove products from shipping cartons and lift them onto test racks.
• Complete serial and model verification and basic functionality testing to assist Repair Agents.
• Complete basic parts replacements.
• Perform final cleaning and prepare units for shipment, verifying that repair units are ready to ship.
• Build customer relationships and provide solutions to customer needs.
