About The Position
The Triage Agent prepares customer electronic products for repair through basic part replacement, cleaning, and shipment preparation. The role includes removing products from shipping cartons and lifting them onto test racks, as well as verifying serial and model information and performing basic functionality testing to assist Repair Agents. The position contributes to a positive customer experience by building relationships and providing solutions. Requirements
- Able to stand and sit for long periods of time.
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds, with or without accommodation.
- Able to work in a non-climate-controlled environment.
Responsibilities
- Build customer relationships and provide solutions to customer needs.
- Complete serial and model verification and basic functionality testing to assist Repair Agents.
- Complete basic parts replacements.
- Clean repair units, prepare them for shipment, and verify they are ready to ship.
- Remove products from shipping cartons and lift them onto test racks.
