About The Position

ClearChoice Dental Implant Centers is seeking a Treatment Plan Coordinator to help deliver an exceptional patient experience by coordinating schedules, supporting clinical teams, and helping patients begin treatment. The role manages the center’s clinical schedule and patient intake, supports day-to-day operations, and provides administrative assistance. It is a full-time position with a Monday–Friday schedule and no weekends required. The stated pay is $23.00–$25.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

Coordinate the center’s clinical schedule for prosthodontists, surgeons, clinical assistants, and lab technicians.
Provide a welcoming, high-quality experience for patients and prospective patients, from greeting through their visit.
Maintain operational efficiency through accurate scheduling and communication with clinical and administrative teams.
Manage patient intake, including forms, record scanning, and check-in and check-out procedures.
Set expectations for patients about wait times and next steps.
Support the General Manager with administrative duties, including deposits, reconciliations, and reporting.
Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming reception area.
Use problem-solving and multitasking skills to support smooth daily operations.
Perform additional duties as needed to support the center’s success.
