About The Position

ClearChoice Dental Implant Centers is seeking a Treatment Plan Coordinator to help create an exceptional patient experience by coordinating schedules, supporting clinical teams, and helping patients begin treatment. The role takes ownership of the Center’s clinical schedule and supports efficient daily operations through scheduling, communication, patient intake, and administrative tasks. The position is full-time, pays $23.00–$26.00 per hour, and follows a predictable Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends required.

Responsibilities

Coordinate the Center’s clinical schedule for prosthodontists, surgeons, clinical assistants, and lab technicians.
Help ensure patients and prospective patients receive a high-quality experience, from greeting through treatment.
Maintain operational efficiency through accurate scheduling and communication with clinical and administrative teams.
Manage patient intake, including forms, record scanning, and check-in and check-out procedures.
Set clear expectations with patients regarding wait times and next steps.
Support the General Manager with administrative duties, including deposits, reconciliations, and reporting.
Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming reception area.
Use problem-solving and multitasking skills to support smooth daily operations.
Perform additional duties as needed to support the Center’s success.
