About The Position
Gentle Dental is hiring a Treatment Coordinator to manage patients through the full cycle of care, from clinical diagnosis to treatment acceptance. The role involves communicating financial planning and available options based on proposed treatment and supporting patients from their first appointment through their last. The position is part-time at Gentle Dental Brentwood in Brentwood, California. Pay is $23.00–$30.00 per hour, depending on experience.
Requirements
- A minimum of 1 to 2 years of front office experience in a medical environment.
- Computer literacy is required.
Nice To Haves
- QSI or Denticon experience.
- Spanish bilingual ability.
- Previous experience presenting treatment plans and explaining service costs.
