About The Position

Gentle Dental is hiring a Treatment Coordinator to manage patients through the full treatment cycle, from clinical diagnosis to treatment acceptance. The role involves communicating financial plans and available options based on proposed treatment and helping patients from their first appointment through their last. The position is based at Gentle Dental Tempe in Tempe, Arizona, and follows a full-time rotating schedule from 6:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pay is $18.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Requirements

• At least 1 to 2 years of front office experience in a medical environment.
• Computer literacy.

Nice To Haves

• QSI or Denticon experience.
• Bilingual ability.
• Previous experience presenting treatment plans and reviewing service costs.

Responsibilities

• Manage patients from clinical diagnosis through treatment acceptance.
• Communicate financial planning and available options based on proposed treatment.
• Guide patients throughout their appointments and treatment process.
