About The Position

Johnson Orthodontics/Imagine Braces is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to educate new patients about available orthodontic treatment options, explain treatment plans, arrange financial options, and build strong patient relationships. The role includes following up with prospective and current patients, coordinating consultations and treatment, preparing for patient exams, and supporting referrals and community marketing. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
At least one year of experience in sales or another service industry.
Ability to build rapport with patients.
Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with patients and coworkers.
Excellent sales skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Outgoing, approachable, and empathetic demeanor.
Proactive and adaptable approach.

Responsibilities

Present orthodontic treatment plans, educate patients about their plans, and address objections.
Understand the practice’s financial policies and explain payment options to patients.
Review pending reports and follow up with prospective patients to schedule treatment.
Prepare for patient exams.
Follow up with patients to arrange consultations or begin treatment and help keep schedules full.
Coordinate care for patients referred to specialists before treatment when necessary.
Assist with local store marketing and community events.
