About The Position

Pasha Orthodontics is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to educate new patients about available orthodontic treatment options, explain treatment plans, arrange financial options, and build strong patient relationships. The role also supports patient exams, consultations, treatment scheduling, specialist referrals, and local marketing and community events. The position offers a pay range of $20.70–$26.20, with a bonus opportunity.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of experience in sales or another service industry.
• Ability to build rapport with patients.
• Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with patients and coworkers.
• Excellent sales skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Outgoing, approachable, empathetic, proactive, and adaptable.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

• Present orthodontic treatment plans, explain the treatment plan to patients, and address objections.
• Explain patient payment options in accordance with the practice’s financial policies.
• Review pending reports and follow up with potential patients to schedule treatment.
• Prepare for patient exams.
• Follow up with patients to arrange consultations or begin treatment and keep schedules full.
• Coordinate referrals to specialists for care needed before treatment.
• Assist with local store marketing and community events.
