Treatment Coordinator

About The Position

As a Treatment Care Coordinator, you will help create positive patient experiences using the G3 approach: Greeting, Guiding, and Gratitude. You will welcome and support patients in person and by phone, assist with scheduling, and help patients make financial arrangements for treatment. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with one Saturday per month. Compensation is $22–$26 per hour. Benefits depend on employment status and hours worked. Smile Brands supports more than 650 affiliated dental practices across 28 states, with a mission to deliver Smiles For Everyone. Requirements

At least one year of related experience.
Knowledge of dental terminology.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

Create a welcoming atmosphere and greet each patient warmly.
Assist patients with check-in and check-out procedures, including insurance verification.
Schedule appointments and provide information about services and payment options.
Guide patients through their visits with professionalism and ease.
Express appreciation to patients for choosing the practice and treat everyone with respect and professionalism.
Assist patients with financial arrangements for treatment.
