About The Position

At Gentle Dental, Treatment Coordinators manage patients through the full cycle from clinical diagnosis to treatment acceptance. They communicate financial planning and available options based on proposed treatment, helping guide patients from their first appointment through their last. The role is based at Gentle Dental Tempe in Tempe, Arizona, and is listed as full-time with a rotating schedule from 6:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Requirements

• At least 1 to 2 years of front office experience in a medical environment.
• Computer literacy.

Nice To Haves

• QSI or Denticon experience.
• Bilingual ability.
• Previous experience presenting treatment plans and reviewing service costs.

Responsibilities

• Manage patients from clinical diagnosis through treatment acceptance.
• Communicate financial planning and available options based on proposed treatment.
• Guide patients through their care from the first appointment to the last.
