About The Position

Dr. Farrah Ortho is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to join its growing team. The role is responsible for educating new patients about available orthodontic treatment options, discussing financial arrangements, and building strong patient relationships. The Treatment Coordinator presents treatment plans, helps patients understand payment options, follows up with prospective and current patients, prepares for exams, coordinates referrals to specialists, and supports local marketing and community events. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of experience in sales or another service industry.
• Outgoing, approachable, and empathetic manner.
• Proactive and adaptable approach.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport with patients.
• Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with patients and coworkers.
• Excellent sales skills.
• Ability to communicate with people in a conversational, attentive manner.

Responsibilities

• Present orthodontic treatment plans, educate patients about their treatment, and address objections.
• Understand the practice’s financial policies and educate patients about available payment options.
• Work pending reports and follow up with potential patients to schedule treatment.
• Prepare for patient exams.
• Follow up with patients to arrange consultations or begin treatment and help keep schedules full.
• Coordinate referrals to specialists for care before treatment when necessary.
• Assist with local store marketing and community events.
