Treatment Coordinator

About The Position

As a Treatment Care Coordinator, you will help create positive patient experiences using the G3 approach: Greeting, Guiding, and Gratitude. You will welcome and support patients visiting for treatment or calling to schedule appointments, and assist them with financial arrangements for treatment. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with one Saturday per month. Compensation is $22–$23 per hour. Smile Brands supports more than 650 affiliated dental practices across 28 states, with a mission of delivering Smiles For Everyone. Its affiliated dental brands and practice models range from large regional brands to uniquely branded local practices. This role is associated with an affiliated dental office listed on the company career site. Requirements

At least one year of related experience.
Knowledge of dental terminology.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

Create a welcoming atmosphere and warmly greet each patient.
Assist patients with check-in and check-out procedures, including insurance verification.
Schedule appointments and provide information about services and payment options.
Guide patients through their visit with ease and professionalism.
Express appreciation to patients for choosing the practice for their dental care, and treat everyone with respect and professionalism.
Assist patients with financial arrangements for treatment.
