About The Position

Wired Orthodontics is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to educate new patients about available orthodontic treatment options, explain treatment plans, arrange financial options, and build strong patient relationships. The role supports consultations and treatment scheduling, patient exam preparation, coordination of specialist referrals, and local marketing and community events. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least one year of experience in sales or another service industry.
• Outgoing, approachable, and empathetic manner.
• Proactive and adaptable approach.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport with patients.
• Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with patients and coworkers.
• Excellent sales skills.
• Ability to communicate with people conversationally and respectfully.

Nice To Haves

• College education preferred.
• Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Present orthodontic treatment plans, educate patients about their treatment plans, and address objections.
• Explain patient payment options in accordance with the practice’s financial policies.
• Work pending reports and follow up with potential patients to schedule treatment.
• Prepare for patient exams.
• Follow up with patients to arrange consultations or begin treatment and keep schedules full.
• Coordinate patients referred to specialists for care before treatment when necessary.
• Assist with local store marketing and community events.
