About The Position

Eberle Orthodontics is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to educate new patients about available orthodontic treatment options, explain treatment plans, arrange payment options, and build strong patient relationships. The role also supports patient exams, consultations, treatment scheduling, specialist coordination, and local marketing and community events. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least one year of experience in sales or another service industry required.
• Ability to build rapport with patients.
• Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with patients and coworkers.
• Excellent sales skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Outgoing, approachable, empathetic, proactive, and adaptable.

Nice To Haves

• College education preferred.
• Bilingual ability is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Present orthodontic treatment plans, educate patients about their plans, and address objections.
• Explain the practice’s financial policies and educate patients about payment options.
• Work pending reports and follow up with potential patients to schedule treatment.
• Prepare for patient exams.
• Follow up with patients to arrange consultations or begin treatment and help keep schedules full.
• Coordinate referrals to specialists for care needed before treatment.
• Assist with Local Store Marketing and community events.
