About The Position

Nuvia Cosmetic Dentistry is hiring a Treatment Coordinator for its Phoenix, Arizona center. The role focuses on helping prospective patients move forward with cosmetic dental treatment by understanding their goals, building trust, addressing barriers, and following up. The coordinator meets with approximately three to six warm leads per day, presents patient information to clinic doctors to determine diagnosis, assists patients with financing, collects payment, and hands patients off to the administrative team for scheduling. The position includes weekly sales training and daily sales huddles. The posting lists a $50,000 base salary, premium commission structure with no commission cap, and states that top representatives make $100,000.

Responsibilities

Build trust with patients, address barriers to treatment, and follow up persistently to help patients accept treatment.
