About The Position

Nuvia Cosmetic Dentistry is hiring a Treatment Coordinator for its Riverside, California center. In this dental sales role, you will help potential patients move forward with cosmetic dental treatment by building trust, understanding their goals, and addressing barriers to accepting care. The role includes meeting with 3–6 warm leads per day, presenting patient information to clinic doctors to determine a diagnosis, helping patients apply for financing, and handing patients off to the administrative team for scheduling. The company provides paid training and sales training. The stated schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with potential extra hours to secure a sale. Responsibilities

Influence patients to accept treatment by building trust, addressing gaps or barriers, and following up aggressively.
Collect payment.
Maintain an organized CRM and manage queues.
Follow current processes and suggest improvements.
Attend weekly training meetings.

Participate in sales meetings and daily sales huddles.
