About The Position

At Gentle Dental, Treatment Coordinators manage patients through the full cycle from clinical diagnosis to treatment acceptance. They communicate financial planning and available options based on proposed treatment, guiding patients from their first appointment through the last. The role supports Gentle Dental’s goal of providing accessible, integrated oral healthcare and emphasizes patient care, operational and clinical excellence, personal accountability, relationship-building, and innovative approaches to supporting patients and teams.

This full-time position is located at Gentle Dental Desert Dental in Palm Springs, California. The pay range is $20.00–$24.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Requirements

• At least 1 to 2 years of front office experience in a medical environment.
• Computer literacy.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with QSI or Denticon.
• Bilingual ability.
• Previous experience presenting treatment plans and reviewing service costs.
