About The Position

Lane & Associates Family Dentistry is seeking an experienced Dental Treatment Coordinator for its Greensboro Westridge office. The role supports a 5-star patient experience by helping patients understand treatment, navigate insurance benefits, coordinate appointments, and pursue their oral health goals. The coordinator serves as a primary patient contact and supports day-to-day office operations, patient records, scheduling, treatment-plan presentation, and payments.

Requirements

At least 1–2 years of experience in a dental front office, treatment coordinator, patient coordinator, or similar dental administrative role.
Strong communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
Professional and polished demeanor.
Positive attitude and passion for providing exceptional patient experiences.
Ability to work efficiently in a team environment.
Computer proficiency.
High school diploma or GED.
Ability to lift 15–20 lbs.

Responsibilities

Serve as a primary point of contact for patients and provide a welcoming, professional experience.
Manage a multi-line phone system to schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments while optimizing provider schedules.
Keep schedules productive and filled for doctors and hygienists.
Collect and update patient personal and insurance information accurately in Denticon.
Check patients in and out professionally and courteously.
Present and review treatment plans to promote case acceptance.
Assist with verifying insurance coverage and eligibility, and maintain accurate records.
Process payments and enforce financial policies accurately and courteously.
Maintain accurate electronic patient records while ensuring HIPAA compliance.
Keep the reception and waiting areas clean, organized, and welcoming.
Perform additional duties as assigned to support office operations.
