About The Position

Join FYidoctors as a Travelling Optometrist serving clinics across Alberta. This unique role offers the opportunity to practice in a variety of well-established clinics, providing coverage and continuity of care while experiencing diverse communities across the province. You’ll work alongside highly skilled teams, support patient care across multiple locations, and enjoy a dynamic, flexible schedule that brings variety to your practice. As a Travelling Optometrist, you will work in multiple FYidoctors clinics throughout Alberta, each supported by experienced, patient-focused teams. Our clinics are equipped with knowledgeable staff including patient service specialists and optical associates who are committed to delivering an exceptional patient experience. You’ll step into established environments with loyal patient bases, collaborative cultures, and strong reputations in their respective communities. Each location offers a mix of routine care, contact lens fittings, and medical optometry, ensuring a well-rounded scope of practice. Our clinics are equipped with advanced technology to support comprehensive eye care, including: Optomap, OCT, Visual Field (Humphrey), Autorefractor, Pachymeter, FDT, Tonometer, Topographer, HRT.

Requirements

Must be an Optometrist.
Willingness to travel to multiple clinics across Alberta.
