About The Position

This position provides float coverage to multiple clinics and may involve travel between Washington and Idaho, including TriState locations in Lewiston and Clarkston. The RN performs patient-care activities and related services to meet patients’ needs and comfort under the direction of a physician or midlevel provider. Duties include assessing patients’ physical, psychosocial, and behavioral health needs; advocating for patients; administering prescribed medications, including in-office IV therapy in Rheumatology; preparing exam, procedure, and infusion room equipment; assisting providers; and documenting in the EMR according to TriState Health policies and procedures. Specific requirements and duties vary by position. The role offers a $2.50 per hour float differential premium.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree or bachelor’s degree in nursing.
• Idaho and Washington State RN licenses or a multi-state license.
• Current American Heart Association BLS/CPR certification card on hire or within the orientation period.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and experience with office assessments.
• Computer skills and EMR experience.
