About The Position

This position provides float coverage across multiple clinics and may travel between Washington and Idaho, including TriState locations in Lewiston and Clarkston. The Registered Nurse performs patient-care activities and related services under the direction of a physician or midlevel provider. Duties include assessing patients’ physical, psychosocial, and behavioral health needs; advocating for patients; administering prescribed medications, including in-office IV therapy in Rheumatology; preparing exam, procedure, and infusion room equipment; assisting providers; and documenting in the EMR in accordance with TriState Health policies and procedures. Specific duties and responsibilities vary by position. The role is eligible for a $2.50-per-hour float differential premium.

Requirements

Associate’s degree or bachelor’s degree in nursing.
Idaho and Washington State RN licenses or a multistate license.
Current American Heart Association BLS/CPR certification card on hire or within the orientation period.
Familiarity with medical terminology and experience with office assessments.
Computer skills and EMR experience.
