About The Position

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support to travelers by phone, email, and chat for travel-related inquiries.
• Assist customers with flight, hotel, and car rental bookings.
• Manage itinerary changes, cancellations, and rebooking requests.
• Resolve travel issues proactively to support customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with global partners on reservations and travel service agreements.
• Accurately document interactions in the travel management system.
• Maintain knowledge of travel industry regulations, destinations, and partner policies.
