Requirements

• Ability to work in an outpatient care setting with a focus on patient-centered nursing care.
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork across multidisciplinary teams.
• Flexibility to cover 10-hour day shifts and participate in a 4-day-per-week schedule.
• Willingness to participate in a travel assignment and adhere to assignment-specific policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
• Assess patient needs, implement care plans, administer treatments, and document progress and outcomes.
• Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff; coordinate care with other disciplines.
• Utilize critical thinking, professional judgment, and supervisory discretion to ensure safe, effective patient care.
• Communicate clearly with patients, families, and the health care team to coordinate services and optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate patient records and comply with regulatory requirements and quality standards.
