About The Position

This is a travel assignment for a Registered Nurse specializing in Long-Term Care (LTC) in Brentwood, New Hampshire. The assignment is for multiple weeks, starting on 09/08/2026. The role involves providing direct patient care in a long-term care facility, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, documenting care, administering medications, and maintaining infection control standards. The position offers guaranteed 40 hours per week with a weekly pay range of $2,021 to $2,199. The shift is from 2:45 p.m. to 11:15 p.m.

Requirements

Active Registered Nurse license in good standing to practice in New Hampshire (or eligibility to practice in NH).
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
Associate degree in nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited program.
Minimum 1 year of RN experience in long-term care or geriatric care preferred.
Ability to work in a long-term care setting and to participate in a travel assignment; flexible to shift coverage as needed.

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care to residents in a long-term care setting, including routine assessments, monitoring vital signs, medication administration, and basic wound care.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop, implement, and adjust individualized care plans; promptly report changes in resident condition.
Document care activities in the electronic health record, ensuring accuracy, privacy, and compliance with facility policies.
Administer prescribed medications and treatments per physician orders; observe for adverse reactions and address as needed.
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the care team; provide education to residents and caregivers as appropriate.
Maintain infection control practices, safety standards, and quality of care; respond to changing clinical situations and emergencies per protocol.
