About The Position

This is a travel assignment for a Registered Nurse specializing in Long-Term Care (LTC) in Brentwood, New Hampshire. The role involves delivering resident-focused nursing care on a temporary basis, with guaranteed 40 hours per week and a night shift schedule. The contract duration is measured in weeks.

Requirements

Active registered nurse license in good standing (state-specific or multi-state/compact acceptable)
Nursing degree from an approved program (RN)
Ability to work night shift and meet the demands of a 40-hour weekly travel assignment
Excellent communication and teamwork skills; basic computer and charting proficiency

Nice To Haves

Relevant experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing preferred

Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans.
Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility policy, with accurate documentation.
Monitor residents’ health status, identify changes, and escalate concerns to the care team promptly.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to meet residents’ physical, emotional, and social needs.
Maintain safety, infection control, and quality standards in daily practice; respond to emergencies as needed.
Document and communicate changes in residents’ conditions, behaviors, or care goals to shift coordinators and supervising staff.
