About The Position
This is a travel Registered Nurse (RN) position specializing in Long-Term Care (LTC) located in Sewickley, Pennsylvania. The assignment is for several weeks, with a start date of 08/31/2026. The role offers a weekly pay range of $1,892 to $1,987 with 36 guaranteed hours per week. The shift is a day shift, running from 07:00 to 15:00. The work setting is a Long-Term Care facility, specifically a Nursing Home. Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license valid in Pennsylvania (or multi-state license as applicable)
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to perform duties in a long-term care setting and adapt to a travel assignment
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and documentation skills
- Graduation from an approved nursing program (RN)
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and document in patient records according to physician orders and facility policy
- Perform resident assessments, monitor vital signs, and report changes promptly to the supervising nurse
- Develop, implement, and update care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
- Provide wound care, basic nursing procedures, and daily hygiene and comfort measures
- Educate residents and families on care plans, medications, and safety practices
- Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards; maintain accurate charting and shift handoffs
