About The Position

Requirements

Strong clinical documentation, assessment, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Provide direct, compassionate nursing care to residents in a secured dementia/Alzheimer’s care unit.
Administer medications and manage treatments according to physician orders and facility policies.
Conduct comprehensive resident assessments and participate in care planning with an interdisciplinary team.
Monitor resident safety, manage behavioral symptoms, and implement interventions to promote comfort and well-being.
Document care, changes in condition, and response to treatments in the electronic medical record; communicate effectively with families and team members.
Support care transitions, admissions, and discharges while ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality standards.
