About The Position

Registered Nurse – Emergency Room travel assignment in a hospital setting, Nashua, New Hampshire, United States. Start date 09/21/2026 for 13 weeks. Guaranteed 36 hours per week. Shift: 3x12-hour days/evenings from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Weekly pay range: $2,136–$2,298. Local candidates accepted with a lower local rate applied where eligible.

Requirements

Current New Hampshire RN license or eligibility to obtain
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred; graduation from an approved School of Nursing
Certifications: BLS required; ACLS required
Experience: Clinical experience preferred
Ability to work in a high-volume ER/hospital setting and perform essential job functions

Responsibilities

Deliver direct and indirect patient care in the ER using the nursing process.
Assess patients on admission, gathering past medical history, current status, vital signs, labs, and imaging results.
Develop and implement an individualized care plan under physician direction; administer medications and monitor effects.
Continuously monitor patient status, identify changes, respond to emergencies, and document care accurately.
Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team; communicate with patients and families while ensuring confidentiality and safety.
Provide patient and family education, discharge planning, and follow-up guidance as appropriate.
