About The Position

Registered Nurse – ER travel assignment in Tillamook, OR. Start date 09/08/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay range $1,756–$1,892 with guaranteed hours of 36 per week. Shift: 3x12-hour nights. Work setting: a 25-bed critical access facility providing emergency services and related care to the region.

Requirements

• Current RN license in the state of practice (Oregon) or eligible to practice in the state.
• BLS (American Heart Association) and ACLS certifications required.
• At least two years of recent ER or acute care experience.
• EPIC EMR experience required.
• Must meet vaccination requirements and be able to work in a 24/7 ER environment.
• Night shift availability for a 13-week assignment.

Nice To Haves

• BSN degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver coordinated nursing care for ER patients using established standards of care and the nursing process.
• Collect relevant data, analyze assessment findings, and develop a plan to achieve outcomes; implement the plan and coordinate care with other disciplines.
• Administer medications, monitor patient response, prepare for procedures, and respond to emergencies as part of the multidisciplinary team.
• Supervise and direct activities of licensed and unlicensed nursing staff; participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and treatment teams; provide education and learning opportunities; document care in the medical record.
