About The Position

Registered Nurse, ER (travel) in a home health care setting located in Moses Lake, WA. This temporary travel assignment starts 08/31/2026 and runs for 13 weeks. Weekly pay ranges from $2,110 to $2,235, with guaranteed 36 hours per week. Shift: 3x12-hour nights. This role combines direct patient care with care management responsibilities for a patient group.

Requirements

Active Washington State Registered Nursing license
Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
BLS for Healthcare Providers within 30 days of hire
Experience: acute care RN preferred; minimum one year RN experience preferred for specialty departments
Ability to work in a home health care setting and participate in travel assignments; strong clinical judgment and critical thinking

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive assessments and data collection focusing on physiologic, psychosocial, and cognitive status.
Deliver care using the Nursing Process, adhering to established procedures, policies, and care plans.
Identify learning needs of patients/significant others and provide appropriate education per policy.
Document care in the patient chart via electronic medical records or paper processes in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Supervise and delegate appropriate patient care activities to team members; may function as Charge Nurse as needed, coordinating admits, discharges, transfers, and unit coverage.
Maintain safety, infection control, and adherence to organization policies; collaborate with physicians and other clinicians to optimize patient outcomes.
