About The Position

Registered Nurse - ER Travel assignment in a home healthcare setting based in Moses Lake, Washington. This role supports patient care delivery as both caregiver and care manager under Healthforce Healthcare LLC. This is a temporary assignment with a defined start date and duration, plus guaranteed hours.

Requirements

Current Washington State RN license
Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
Healthcare Provider-level BLS (within 30 days of hire, American Heart Association or equivalent)
ACLS within 6 months of hire
PALS within 12 months
TNCC within 12 months
Moderate Sedation training within 12 months
Acute care RN experience preferred
Minimum one year RN experience preferred for specialty nursing departments
Ability to perform the primary functions of an RN across the age continuum
Strong critical thinking and decision-making
Effective delegation and team leadership
Capable of working in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
Proficient with charting in electronic medical records

Nice To Haves

ED-CEN certification preferred

Responsibilities

Perform assessment/data collection on physiologic, psychosocial, and cognitive status; implement care using the Nursing Process.
Plan, implement, and document patient care in accordance with policies, procedures, and care plans; maintain regulatory compliance.
Identify and address learning needs; provide patient and family teaching as defined by policy and care plans.
Delegate appropriate patient care activities and supervise assigned coworkers to ensure quality of care.
Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary team; participate in problem-solving, admissions, discharges, and transfers as needed.
Maintain safety, infection control, and professional appearance; adhere to organizational standards and lines of authority.
