About The Position

Kaplan North America is seeking outgoing, master’s-prepared nurses who are passionate about helping new nursing graduates succeed on the NCLEX exam. This is a challenging and fulfilling PRN teaching position serving the Ohio Valley Region. Instructors receive paid training and ongoing support to develop teaching, presentation, and mentoring skills. The role offers an opportunity to build a resume and professional network while supporting local nursing students. The position is seasonal, based on nursing school graduation dates and testing cycles, and requires weekday availability. The listed location is Remote/Nationwide, USA.

Requirements

• MSN or BSN with a master’s degree required.
• Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse license.
• At least 5 years of clinical nursing experience.
• Weekday availability required.
• Excellent interpersonal communication, presentation, and leadership skills.

• Previous teaching or training experience preferred.
