About The Position

As a Travel Consultant (Activations) Representative, you will contact guests who have purchased prepaid vacation packages and assist them with making travel arrangements. Using consultative sales strategies, you will provide tailored recommendations, create excitement around vacation experiences, and deliver exceptional customer service. The role is suited to people passionate about travel, sales, and customer engagement who can achieve results in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

This is an in-office position with a schedule of Monday through Friday, 11:30 a.m. to 8 p.m.; Saturdays may be required based on business needs. The stated start date is December 1. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfort working in a goal-oriented, performance-driven environment.
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems.

• Sales, customer service, hospitality, or call center experience preferred.
