Serve as the main point of contact with the assigned school district, ensuring all concerns, issues, and inquiries are addressed and resolved in a timely manner. Communicate work orders and other messages between drivers, monitors, school district and parents. Coordinate and assign drivers, vehicles, or equipment to specific locations based on predetermined schedules, customer requests, or urgent needs. Interact with supervisors or school district to address issues, service requests, or equipment needs. Ensure effective communication within company-designated areas. Develop daily schedules and work plans. Create and manage work orders for the crew or receive them from work crews. Maintain and organize records of work requests, customer requests, completed tasks, service charges, expenses, inventory, and other relevant information. Carry out additional tasks as needed.
