About The Position

TRICOR, LLC is seeking Transportation Account Executives and Account Managers to join their team. Account Executives (AE) are expected to thrive under pressure, be personable, and possess an entrepreneurial spirit. Their main duties include providing front-line expertise in assessing client needs, designing insurance plans, recommending coverages, and handling day-to-day customer service. AEs are client-facing professionals with a strong understanding of various business line products, skilled in partnering with clients to assess needs and offer comprehensive coverage solutions. They may work alongside an agent or manage TRICOR house accounts independently. AEs also participate in a mentorship program to help new employees develop their skills. The ideal AE is self-motivated, proactive, and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service to uphold TRICOR, LLC's reputation and service standards. Account Managers (AM) are responsible for all aspects of client account servicing, maintenance, and onboarding, utilizing their insurance knowledge and professional communication skills. AMs are committed to following department procedures and using the agency automation system for client file organization, collaborating with Account Executives and other sales staff. They possess a continuous learning mindset, proactively enhancing their understanding of insurance products and services. The ideal AM is an organized self-starter who excels in a customer service role, working directly with clients and the sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Assessing client needs and designing insurance plans.
  • Recommending coverages to clients.
  • Providing day-to-day customer service.
  • Partnering with clients to assess needs and offer comprehensive coverage solutions.
  • Managing TRICOR house accounts (may have sole ownership).
  • Mentoring and/or training new employees.
  • Establishing and maintaining close relationships with clients, insurance carriers/underwriters.
  • Timely and accurate client file documentation.
  • Reviewing and evaluating new and existing accounts.
  • Completing and submitting applications.
  • Re-actively updating and/or adding new coverage based on customer request.
  • Further developing insurance knowledge through continuing education.
  • Promoting TRICOR, LLC in the community.
