About The Position

This position will work alongside and report to the Regional Vice President. The position tasks include working with cross-functional leaders across the company to facilitate the execution of strategic projects and transformational initiatives, project tracking and risk-mitigation, and performing detailed financial and operational analysis. To succeed in this role, you should have a natural propensity toward project management and an execution-oriented mindset, possess excellent leadership and communication skills (verbal and non-verbal), and possess strong analytical skills.

Requirements

• Business related undergraduate degree
• 10+ years of dynamic business experience
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel and PPT
• Exposure to data & analytics platforms (e.g. PowerBI)
• Exposure to Project Management tools (e.g., MS Monday)

Nice To Haves

• Management consulting highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinating, managing, and leading enterprise-wide projects to support long-term strategic goals.
• Managing operational and financial performance analytics.
• Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring project performance.
• Working with cross-functional stakeholders across the business to ensure successful completion of projects and initiatives.
• Conducting financial and operational analysis to help determine opportunities to increase profitability (i.e., increase revenues, reduce costs, increase efficiencies, etc.).
• Communicating complex concepts to a broad range of stakeholders, to include corporate and field level stakeholders.
• Works collaboratively with data and analytics team to develop and manage critical reports and dashboards.
• Works with cross-functional stakeholders to develop strategic presentations.
