About The Position
The Training Director develops, implements, and oversees all internal training programs for NICHOLAS AIR. The role also maintains training records and manages the company’s training. The Training Director works with the company’s pilots and new hires and is expected to bring aviation industry experience and take initiative to become a subject matter expert. Requirements
- Previous experience within the aviation industry.
- Strong critical-thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a dynamic environment.
- Highly self-motivated, with a proactive approach to responsibilities, initiatives, and process improvement.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
