The Personal Training Director leads the Personal Training department at one assigned club location and is accountable for its overall performance, profitability, staffing, and member experience. The role owns departmental revenue and service outcomes, recruits and develops a high-quality training team, maintains staffing capacity against member demand, and addresses business, operational, staffing, and performance matters within the department’s authority. Matters requiring Human Resources, Legal, or designated Company leadership review must be escalated. In addition to leading the department and overseeing Personal Training Directors in Training, Elite Trainers, Master Trainers, and Personal Trainers, the Director personally conducts qualifying Personal Training sessions and maintains an active client base. The position ensures compliance with payroll, employment documentation, certifications, onboarding, company systems, client service standards, and financial integrity. It is based at a single club location, with occasional travel for meetings, training, regional events, and new-club support. The exempt role requires a significant time commitment, including regular evenings, weekends, and extended hours as business needs require, and consistent presence on the training floor during peak member hours.
