About The Position

The Toyota Service Runner supports the service drive at Walser Toyota by keeping vehicles, customers, and service operations moving. The role includes bringing vehicles to the front when customers are ready, transporting customers, handling parts pickups and deliveries, and preparing vehicles and rentals. No automotive experience is required; training is provided. The position offers opportunities for internal advancement and mentorship.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have a valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
• Be punctual, reliable, and good with people.
• Have the energy to keep up in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Keep the service drive moving and bring vehicles up front when customers are ready.
• Shuttle customers home, to work, or to other destinations.
• Run parts pickups and deliveries.
• Wash vehicles and clean, fuel, and prepare rental vehicles each night, including snow removal in winter.
• Keep the lot organized and the service aisle and shop clean and safe.
• Carry and respond to the radio and shuttle phone when called.
• Greet customers and support service advisors and management as needed.
• Wear safety eyewear and hard-toed, slip-resistant shoes in service areas.
