About The Position

The Service Porter supports the Toyota service team and helps create a positive guest experience. The role welcomes customers, assists with their arrival, safely moves and parks vehicles, and helps keep the service department clean, comfortable, and inviting. The porter also maintains the guest drink station and contributes to a professional, organized dealership environment.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Friendly, professional, customer-service-oriented attitude.
• Dependability and punctuality.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean environment.
• Ability to communicate professionally with guests and coworkers.
• Ability to stand, walk, and work indoors and outdoors as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assist arriving guests and direct them to the appropriate service advisor.
• Safely move and park customer vehicles.
• Retrieve vehicles for guests when service is complete.
• Make coffee and keep the guest drink station clean, stocked, and presentable.
• Keep the service drive, customer lounge, and other assigned areas clean and organized.
• Empty trash, wipe down surfaces, and maintain a neat appearance throughout the day.
• Help create a positive and welcoming experience for every guest.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
