About The Position

The Service Porter supports Mountain States Toyota’s Service Department by safely moving, maintaining, and presenting vehicles while providing customer service. The role helps keep the service environment organized, safe, and efficient and contributes to a positive customer experience. The position is full-time, pays $20.00 per hour, and requires availability Monday through Saturday; Sundays are off.

Requirements

Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and safety.
Reliability and punctuality, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the workday.
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
Legal authorization to work in the United States.
Ability to complete pre-employment requirements, including a background check, motor vehicle record review, and drug screening.

Nice To Haves

Previous automotive dealership, valet, porter, or customer service experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Greet customers promptly and direct vehicles to designated service areas.
Safely transport customer and dealership vehicles around the service drive, parking lot, and dealership property.
Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of service lanes, parking areas, customer waiting areas, and dealership grounds.
Assist service advisors and technicians with locating, staging, and delivering vehicles.
Prepare vehicles for customers by washing, vacuuming, fueling, and inspecting them.
Monitor lot organization and park vehicles in designated locations to support operational efficiency.
Follow dealership safety policies and procedures and provide professional, courteous customer service.
